Naaz has been involved in interior design since 1979 and has been a member of the Williams + Paddon team for 24 years. As Principal of the Interior Environments Group, she is responsible for oversight of a studio of interior designers/interior project managers. As project designer and manager for a variety of projects, she is responsible for programming, space planning, development of interior architectural concepts and finishes, and the specification of furniture. Naaz also participates in construction phase services on projects with which she is involved.
