This project included the renovation of shelled spaces in the Radiology Department at the newly constructed Goleta Valley Cottage Hospital. The renovated department includes mammography, stereo-tactic imaging and bone density scanning, as well as new offices, a family consultation room, treadmill and exam room.
The work involved mechanical, plumbing and electrical (MEP) systems as well as coordination with existing MEP systems. All scanning equipment was existing from an adjacent MOB slated for demolition and relocated to the facility, which required special considerations and coordination with equipment vendors to ensure proper utility infrastructure and anchorage.
