Rosa Alvarado Bio

Rosa Alvarado is a licensed Architect and LEED Accredited Professional with over 33 years of experience within the architectural field designing academic, healthcare, and institutional projects.  Her in depth understanding and relationship with DSA, OPSC, CDE, OSHPD, and local agencies lead to every projects success.  She is extremely knowledgeable of the personnel, systems and processes as well as the buildings and systems which is critical with modernization projects.  Rosa is detail oriented and skilled in the coordination of a diverse project team with numerous stakeholders. Her organizational skills and attention to detail combined with her creativity and ability to solve problems makes Rosa an unparalleled asset to the team.
