On January 7, 2015, the trustees approved an agreement for on-going architectural services with PMSM Architects and an agreement for ongoing construction management services with Blach Construction. With the passage of the bond in November 2014, the District is now engaged in the design, bidding and construction of works for improvement, consisting generally of the demolition, construction, modernization, and/or alteration of new and existing physical facilities at the District’s two campuses.
