This project revolved around renovation to an existing three-story, 20,544 SF building built in 1925 in a historic area of Downtown Sacramento. Major work was provided on the interior to create clean office spaces with restored wood beams, trusses and exposure to original brick walls. We guided the client through the different phases of this project by helping them focus on the aesthetic potential of this building while maximizing the utility of the space that would become their new corporate office.
