The Resort at Heritage El Dorado Hills builds upon the success and popularity of the Heritage El Dorado Hills active adult community, which has been developing since 2013. Supplementing the original fitness club, called The Retreat, this social club brings community gathering and a true resort atmosphere. Elegant design and finishes, together with amenities that are catered to the active adult lifestyle, create a building that will become a landmark and legacy for El Dorado Hills.
The project features elegant and timeless traditional California architecture inspired by the casual and refined style of Santa Barbara, creating a beautiful and welcoming atmosphere and a touchstone for the community. The Resort is designed to be the “social centerpiece” of the community. Its interior design allows for both a formal atmosphere for the events that warrant that “feel” as well as a casual atmosphere for those who want to enjoy the pub or play a game of pool in the billiard room.
