Safe Credit Union Corporate Headquarters

The client purchased an existing 100,000 SF building and needed to move in within a compressed timeframe. The goal was to provide a workspace solution that fit with Client’s culture, providing spaces and work tools to enhance productivity, collaboration, communication and branding. The scope included needs analysis / programming, space planning, interior design, construction documents, contractor selection and construction administration. The scope of services also included development of furniture standards (workstation, private office, conference, ancillary), leading furniture and vendor evaluation and selection process. This project came in at 10% under budget, including addition of scope previously unbudgeted. The Headquarters project was followed by SAFE Credit Union Call Center project consisting of 7,000 SF of office space.
