19six Architects is proud to partner with the Economic Development Administration (EDA) and the San Bernardino Community College District to design a Training and Workforce Development Center that will empower individuals with the skills needed for high-growth careers. Located at 114 South Del Rosa Drive in San Bernardino, this dynamic center will address the region’s demand for skilled workers by offering programs aligned with industry needs, including Advanced Manufacturing, Construction Trades, Forklift Certification, HVAC Maintenance and Repair, Welding, and Industrial Maintenance.

The facility will feature multi-purpose training rooms for flexible educational programs, dedicated hands-on learning areas—including thoughtfully designed outdoor spaces—and practical resources to provide real-world experience in critical trades. Key project elements include a 2,520-square-foot multi-purpose training building, a 900-square-foot outdoor training yard, and a conversion of 11,500 square feet of parking into outdoor learning areas. Additional site enhancements will include new walkways, concrete paving, and utility connections to support the facility’s operations.

This project represents a transformative investment in the Inland region, empowering residents to pursue fulfilling careers while fostering economic growth. By providing space for innovative workforce training, the center will become a vital resource for the community, bridging the gap between education and employment opportunities.
