A new 126-unit apartment project in the Downtown Sacramento neighborhood of Mansion Flats. The project will consist of two three-story buildings separated by a courtyard amenity area with fire pits, barbecue grills, and lounge seating. Other outdoor amenities include patios for yoga and cornhole and a dog washing station. Residents will have access to a bike storage room and a fitness center as amenities within the buildings.
