The Camino Real building is transforming into a dynamic hub for the Dreamscape program and the Student Inclusion Center. The first floor will become a vibrant space featuring Dreamscape VR, the Sandbox, a Maker Space, and an Esports program, all designed to foster creativity and innovation. Our role involves integrating detailed technology infrastructure, ensuring state-of-the-art AV solutions like monitors, speaker systems, projection setups, and Zoom facilities.
The second floor will be dedicated to the Student Inclusion Center, providing a welcoming environment tailored to meet specific user needs. To ensure compliance and safety, we will maintain the current occupancy classification, avoiding extensive structural upgrades. Our comprehensive approach includes essential fire life safety and accessibility enhancements, exterior façade improvements, and minimal restroom upgrades. By reimagining the Camino Real building within the estimated $9.5 million budget, 19six Architects aims to create an inspiring environment that champions both innovation and inclusivity.
